In February 2023, the Centre for Clinical Microbiology at UCL, UK and HerpeZ in Zambia hosted a sequencing workshop using Oxford Nanopore for tuberculosis. Twelve participants attended from across Lusaka and learned about the entire process, from good DNA extraction, DNA quality control, library preparation and data analysis.
