This study on understanding the robustness and reproducibility for molecular tests in TB is being undertaken in conjunction with another EU consortium. A paper about the inter-laboratory use of GeneXpert has already been published. You can access it here. PANDORA-ID-NET and its partners in this project have invited both African and European laboratories who are using molecular tools for tuberculosis testing to take part.
